Made-to-Order Production

Each Gold in Mind Fine Studio piece is thoughtfully made to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 8 - 10 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship.

Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on the complexity of the design, gemstone availability, or other circumstances involved in creating your piece. You will receive an email notification once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary FedEx 2Day shipping on orders within the United States.

Please note that the two-business-day delivery estimate begins once your piece has completed production and has been accepted by FedEx. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Tracking and Signature Required

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

For the security of your jewelry, a signature is required upon delivery. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Should you need to request an address change, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Carrier Delays

Gold in Mind Fine Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, our team will gladly assist you with tracking your shipment and communicating with the carrier when necessary.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Should your package arrive damaged or appear to be missing, please contact us immediately at HelloGoldinMindFine@Yahoo.com. For damaged deliveries, please keep the original packaging and provide photographs so our team can assist with the carrier’s claim process.
